There's still nearly a month before the official end of summer, so here are some favorite healthy grilling recipes. I know in the U.S. most people consider Labor Day weekend to be the unofficial end of summer, but I'm sharing these Favorite Healthy Grilling Recipes to remind you that there is still nearly a month left before the official end of summer, and there'll still be quite a few warm evenings and weekend days for you to enjoy cooking on the grill.  To entice  you not to put the grill away too soon I picked out ten of my all-time favorite recipes for this grilling public service announcement, and there are lots more options on the recipe archives page for Grilling Recipes as well.  All these favorites of mine are Low-Carb , Gluten-Free , and South Beach Phase One , and most of them Can Be Paleo as well, so they should work for lots of healthy eating plans.  (For anyone without an outdoor grill, all these recipes can be cooked on a stove-top grill pan with ridges.) ...

Takeaway Addict Underwent Weight Loss Transformation Gaining A Six Pack In 12 Weeks

A self-confessed takeaway addict, who gained weight after gorging on doner kebabs, has transformed his body in just 12 weeks. Charity marketing co-ordinator Omar Sharif, 22, from Coventry, West Midlands, has said goodbye to his old, overweight self and transformed his flabby XL stomach into a sculpted six pack. Through sheer determination, he has cut out all processed foods, sugar and most carbohydrates from his diet and goes to the gym seven days a week. Omar said: "There is no secret, it is just about discipline and hard work. My wife Raadia took picture of my body every week to help my motivation and I cringe looking back on my first week. "But it is really good as a motivator to make sure I never get back to that size." Before 14 stone 6lbs Omar tucked in to doner kebabs, calorie-laden pizzas and fish and chips every night.
