A Basic Recipe I could do in my Sleep

Here is a basic recipe that if you have the ingredients is probably the easiest recipe on the planet, other than eating a banana.  Okay so here is the finished product...


And the ingredients are....
1 banana
1 scoop Vanilla SunWarrior Protein Powder
7 strawberries
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Water (preferably spring water or Coconut water is best)

Et Voila! Bon Appetite
